1. The organizer sets the policy
Revent is the platform an organizer sells through, not the seller of the event. Refunds and exchanges for tickets, tables, passes and bookings follow the policy the organizer states for that event. Where that policy is shown on the event page or in your confirmation, that is the policy that applies to your purchase.
2. Service fees
Revent's service fee is refunded when a purchase is refunded in full. A partial refund refunds the corresponding part of the fee.
3. Cancelled, postponed or materially changed events
If an organizer cancels an event, the organizer issues refunds under its stated policy and Revent processes them against the same order record the sale was written to. If an event is postponed or materially changed, your ticket carries over unless the organizer states otherwise.
4. How a refund is paid
A refund is returned to the payment method that was charged, through the payment provider that took the payment. The time it takes to appear is set by that provider and your bank, not by Revent.
5. How to ask
Contact the organizer you bought from first, because the organizer decides. If you cannot reach them, or the request concerns something Revent controls, write to hello@getrevent.com with your order reference and the event name.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits a right you have under consumer law that cannot be waived. Where such a right applies, it applies in addition to the organizer's policy.
Not yet reviewed. This statement was written from how the product works, not ported from an existing policy — the terms of use it sits beside do not cover refunds. It states no refund window, no administrative fee and no guarantee, so that nothing here can overstate what Revent does. Confirm it against the organizer agreement and the payment providers' rules before relying on it.
